About Topical Hub

Topical Hub is a free collection of exam-style practice questions for Cambridge IGCSE Chemistry 0620 (the syllabus for exams in 2026–2028), sorted by topic. Every question comes with a mark scheme and a worked solution, hidden until you choose to look, so you can attempt the question first and then mark your own answer.

Where the questions come from

The questions are original. They are written in the style of the exam so that practising them feels like the real thing, but they are not past papers, and nothing is copied from Cambridge question papers or mark schemes.

Every question, mark scheme and worked solution was written and checked with AI tools. No teacher or examiner has reviewed them. Mistakes are possible: if anything looks wrong, use the Report an error link under that question.

Reporting an error

Each question has a Report an error link. It opens a short report with the question's id and web address already filled in, so you only need to say what looks wrong. Until the report form is ready, the link opens a new issue on the public GitHub repository, which needs a GitHub account.

Reports are read, and corrections are published to the site. The site is built in a public repository on GitHub, so every change to a question is visible.

Independence

Topical Hub is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cambridge University Press & Assessment. The qualification is named only to say what the questions are for.

Free, with no accounts

Everything on the site is free to use. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to download. The site keeps no record of what you answer; your score on a page lasts only as long as the page is open. See the privacy page for the full list, which is short.
